APB Reloaded DEP problem

Hey guys,

when I start the game I get the message that I have to enable DEP. I've attached a screenshot of it.

How can I solve the problem, because DEP should be disabled because of the xClient?

Edit1: I want to buy xInstanthook for it, thats because it is in this section ;)

The cheat works fine with DEP disabled. Just load it before you start the game.
