NO, you can't upgrade your xRadar for xInstantHook, changes possible only if you wrong purchase. example: you want cheat for CS:GO but buy for CS:S, then you can ask for change.

That isn't true at all. Changes are possible within 24 hours or in a case of a detection. Keep in mind that Deadfreak needs to agree with it since its not an official rule.
