yo.
I tryed to get a HWID reset, and when i wanted to pay the following message showed up on my paypal;

A problem occured, the transaction could not be completed! This may have happened due to a temporary connection problem. Severity: Error Error code: 10486 Reason: This transaction couldn't be completed. Additional: This transaction couldn't be completed. Please redirect your customer to PayPal. Return to the forum.

What should I do ?

Try to delete your temp data and your browser cache and restart your router after that and retry.

Why don't you ask Google (https://www.google.co.uk/) when you want to know something?

Depends which browser you're using. (Browser cache)

Firefox: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-clear-firefox-cache
Chrome: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95582?hl=en

That's just the browser cache and not the temp data from Windows. You can clean them with external programs like ccleaner or with Windows on-board solutions.
