Hey is dota 2 currently UD ? When was the last detection?

Does a Dota 2 Ban affect my CS:GO on the same Account ?

Dota 2 haven't any previous detections. Undetected since release.

VAC ban only games where you was caught, so other games not affected, except Source engine (CSS, DODS, TF2, ...)

I play LoL everyday, on ranked games I use xMH, without problem. Cheat is undetected since release.

I highly doubt this, since VAC bans are permanent.

Actually this is true. Dota 2 system bans for 30 days if any sort of cheat is detected

VAC bans are permanent bans and not temp bans.

Last Dota2 Update: http://www.dota2.com/firstblood
Look for the paragraph COMMUNITY
And find this:

Beginning soon, users will be suspended from Dota 2 for 30 days when external tools attached to Dota 2 are detected by the Valve Anti-Cheat system

Nah, its true - you only get 30 day ban i've saw many screenshots of people that have had the ban. Does not mention vac anywhere tho.

Don't mind others, they don't play doto and are limited to their basic VAC knowledge :O
Anyway, Dota 2 is UD > thread closed
