I asked this question before. I do not think I was clear enough in my question so I am going to try again.
I know that x22 does not make individual private cheats for a person. I am not asking x22 to do that for me. Instead I am looking for a coder from the x22 team that is willing to work independently from x22. This will have nothing to do with x22 other than a means to contact one of your coders.

For a very simple cheat that will not take much time to make I will offer a reasonable ocmpensation. On top of that I will compensate x22 for allowing me to talk to one of their coders.

So would you kindly ask one of your coders if they are willing to make fast money in an hour's work? If you can connect me with someone who is willing to help me out, independently of x22, I will also compensate your website as well. Thank you.

x22 is the only coder. There are no other coders.
As far as I know, he doesn't do private coding stuff.
However, you can send me a PM with a full explanation of the thing you want to be done so I might ask him whether he wants to do it or not.
But don't raise your hopes much.

We don't make individual private cheats for specific games. If that is what you are asking, it's a no. If you have a business proposition of some sort, forward that idea to me via live support (chat button at the top).

I cannot send any PM's.

My cheat is very simple. I think it can take a coder who worked with Source Games just an hour to make. I will offer several hundred for that simple cheat.
You can send a PM now.

Normal users can now send PMs to moderators and staff members.

I tried sending a PM. I click on "send", but when I look at my sent-messages history it is empty. EDIT: No messages can be send.

It says x22 and the staff team "chosen not to receive any messages".

This is a message for x22 as I cannot send him a message. Please inform him of this post as he asked me to PM him.

I would like a private cheat for source-engine. It is a simple cham-hack. That is all. It displays one team as red, other team as blue. Nothing more. There is no wallhack. There is no anti-smoke. There is no interface. Prefarrably this cheat is coded in kernelmode and loaded as a system file, the cheat should also work through the graphics driver. There is no need to load it as the computer will automatically will make it run when start-up. If this project will not take a long time to do as the nature of the function of the cheat is very simple we can discuss it if you are interested. I am willing to offer reasonable compensation for it.

He didn't ask you to send him a PM.

You can only PM moderators and staff, you got your answer, no need to discuss this further.

@RandomString you can buy any cheat which released here: http://shop.x22cheats.com/payments.php Deal with it, than here is no wish corner where everybody can get special cheat for self. Second way is: study, then made it for self, this is option too.

There is also a third way, to pay an experienced coder with a high-level of compensation to do it for me. Did x22 personally tell you he is not interested?

A moderator above told me to PM him (unable to PM the staff here) and he would ask x22 if he is interested. So instead I posted my PM on the forum. I do not know what x22 said, or whether he saw it or not. Did he personally tell you no? Maybe the chances are that x22 will decline but I just want to hear it from him or someone who asked him about my offer.
