I can't reset my password because the mail used with it is disabled.

I can find you proof of payment (from paypal) to show you that is my account.

I can't contact admin/staff because I don't have permission

Or wait for him to see and reply to your thread. This will take time because he lives in USA and the time zones are different.
Due to the lack of proof and information I don't think that you will get your account back.

We'll take care of you. As FOC said, simply join the IRC and wait for Deadfreak. He will ask for your proof and then check it. If everything is fine, he'll change the e-mail-address to a new one.
