Won't receive Password Recovery Email

I bought a lifetime xHook for CS:S some time ago. Unfortunately I forgot my password.
I tried the password recovery. While my email is recognized from the system I simply won't receive
an email!?
Can you please help me out?

Check your SPAM folder and make sure that you are using proper e-mail.

of course I did check the spamfilter and the right email address.
To test if I am using the right email, I tried registering it again, getting the notice,
that this email is already used.

I'm using GMX Mail and M-Net is my Internetprovider.
