LoL cheat questions

Bout to hit the buy button just need to know a couple of things
1. How quickly does it update ( after LoL patch )
2. Supports all regions?
3. Do all listed features work well
4. Are there currently plans to add new features?

1) if players report crush game after new patch, x22 fix it in few days
2) regular LoL game YES for all regions, but Garena version don't know, I think NO
3) Enemy jungle timers not count correct, but other features works
4) Everybody can request for new features, if more LoL players confirm than can be helpful then x22 can made new features.
