doesn't matter, it won't work (write to mem) if the game isn't running

I just tested it again and it does work, Unlock FPS (set to 200) DOES NOT MEAN your fps will be 200 fps... because there was 1 mentally challenged kid who thought that in shoutbox..

IW capped the fps of MP of ghosts. this "unlocks" it by setting the cap to 200
