Still no access to private section & client

I bought the xIH for CSS tonight at around 2 o'clock i think and still have no access to the private section,
can't download the client and can't see any subscription in my profile.
Can you tell me when i'll get access?

I used click and buy and i received 2 emails. The validation for the payment and the information that they withdrawed it from my bankaccount.
