payed with paysafecard, money away and no hack ! Please help!

Hello!
I bought an 3month x22 for cod ghosts and payed with paysafecard,
then the site crashed and said error!
My money wasnt on my paysafecard anymore and i had no email or something else and no access to the hack.
I really need help, does somebody know what i should do know?
Im from Germany and my English isnt the best, sorry ;-)

Then just order your subscription again.

Hey guys! i payed now to with psc for 1 Month and than it comes the site with: enter ur pin to see how mutch money u have on ur card, i enter the pin and saw 0.30Fr ?? wtf it was a new card with 20Franks?? can someone help??

it dont comes a message with Payment fail.. just the site to enter and check my card. Card works i bought 25franks thats 21.90euro, than i bought 5Euro to put on my steam account so it was actually 16.90euro on my card. than i try to buy the hack and enter my pin and than comes this site https://www.paysafecard.com/de-ch/guthaben-abfragen/?gclid=CPaPy_D9s8ECFQgXwwodzEsAbw .. can someone watch/check it.. maybe u have my money and its a bug or what ever
