Paid but no hack

Hi, I paid for the league hack two times (I know I shouldnt have) with paypal and I still havent received the hack. Since I paid two times I would like to have it for two months, or have it refunded. But nevertheless it never gave me the hack or access to download the launcher.

I don't see any payment. Contact PayPal since the payment must have failed.
