Esl ban

Hey evryone , i got banned (barred) from esl for 3 months , and i would like to keep playing league with my team ...i didnt get banned for cheating , acctually i got banned for f***ing fake match ... So now i m thinking how can i play again sync i m disabled to play any league matches 3 months . Should i make new account , new steam ? But maybe i get autobanned ? (remember i m not banned for cheating)
Any help is welcome !
