Is xInstantHook v3.0 for css VAC detected?

Hi guys, apologies for a question you probably hear a lot, but is the most recent css cheat (xInstantHook v3.0 as i understand it) currently detected by VAC? Also i see at the top of the FAQ that windows 7 64 bit is supported, i presume that is true for the css hack as well?

It's undetected and yes, it works on Win 7 64-bit.
