Interested in buying CS:GO Instahook

I am a long time customer with x22. I have bought a lifetime in CSS but now-a-days everyones been playing CS:GO. I stopped playing CSS last year after having numerous vac bans which were because of x22. Although, that was back in 2011.
Now, I just recently started playing CS:GO around 2 months ago, and there are a large amount of cheaters, especially in MM. I have a couple of mates who use x22, and said that it is the best hack out there. You guys should understand that I have already bought arorund 4 accounts due to x22 being detected in CSS, but I looked around the forums and saw that a new system has been implemented that if there is an update it will crash on purpose, and ever since then 0 people have been vacced.
I understand that this may not be forever, and we are always at risk but I still have some following questions:

1. Detection rate for x22? (When was it last detected/Possibly a list)
2. How quickly do you update your hacks after an update in the game itself

1.Last detection was in May (same for CSS)
2.It usually takes 1-2 days (sometimes even faster)

Not all game updates need update cheat, only if general changes.

Just one more thing. Since it was detected in May, does that mean that people who were using it at that time were banned ? (I know about the delayed bans) . Because it said on the forums x 22 implemented a new system where it crashed your game if its detected.

VAC deployed an update that used an all new detection method, thus leaving our cheat detectable.
We bypassed that method and the cheats should be safe again.
The preemptive system is working as intended.
