yeh just wondering if any of you know how i can pay via paypal with just my bank conveniance card? i dont have any type of visa and idk if vancity will let a 15 yr old get a pp card for $100

Does it say VISA or Master card on your ATM card?

You can pay only per Moneybookers and Paypal... not more not less..

no no, i'm saying that i dont have a visa/mastercard/ wut ever, all i got is my bank info and a conveniance card (cibc)

conveniance card is card to acces my bank..
and i have a problem that if i get like a $20 pp card, if i try to put money on it it won't let me (since it has a max of $20)

WTF?

If you have a bank account go to www.paypal.com (http://www.paypal.com).

Create a new paypal account with your bank account datas.

Send the money from your bank account to your paypal account...

no it's not that, my bank card doesn't have the 3-4 number on the back. so if i have a paypal acc i can't send money with my card cuz it only takes visa, mastercard, and wutever.

yeh, you have to send it to paypal with your bankcard.
Also, from what country are you.
I've done this for someone already, if you don't live far away, i can pay it, i have a laptop. ;p

probably not near you i'm BC, Canada.
the only problem is that i have it but i can't buy it without a visa, would there be any other way to buy?

You have a bank account, right?
Well.
Send the money through the back to paypal services, and within 3 days, the payment will be completed.

edit: then you have money on your paypal account, and you will be able to send it to x22.

ahh but you need some sorta of visa card to put money on paypal right? or could i add my bank acc to paypal, add the funds and then buy without a visa?

yes...you can add your bank acc to paypal^^ so you can use debit too :D and send money to your paypal acc
