Its really safe and undetected on competetive's - matchmaking - comunity ?

If Vac would be updated and hack be detected whats going on? There is alarm clock or something?

If our hack is detected by vac we will simplay announce it on forum and change status to prevent from getting more bans.
But in this case (if vac would update and detect our cheat) for people who are playing often it will be nearly impossible to avoid getting banned because VAC does delayed bans.
It means that if VAC detects that you are using cheats you won't be banned instantly but after 1-2 weeks.
Fortunately, our hack is undetected from May :)

Game updates have nothing to do with Vac updates.
