Bf4 Lag spikes - fps drop

HEllo!

I play bf4 on windows 7 32bit and get my fps dropped down to around 5-10 fps pretty often.
I have tried to unpark cpu, upgrade graphic card, optimize configs, booster program, cpu priority, new updated drivers for the graphic card but still get lag spikes!
Someone knows any solution i would be happy if you could share!

My computer setup:

Amd 4core 3.4 ghz
Nvidia gtx 560
4gb Ram

My computer holds a temperature at 50/60 celcius. And my cpu is running bf4 at around 50-70 %

You're pushing it with those PC specs.

Those specs should be fine, also upgrade your operating system.

Well i think there sould be ok to play on all low with those specs, anyone have some more ideas than operative system?

Check your RAM usage while in-game. I bet it's being maxed out.
