This game has no anticheat so the only way you can get banned is manual ban for ridiculous stats.

you must wait 30-60 min. then u are avaible to download the xclient, there you log in, then you load the hack before you start the game, be sure that u disable your AntiVirus programm and turn off UAC and DEP

Edit: The client folder, exe and ini can't have "xClient" in the name!
You have to rename your folder, xClient.exe and xClient.ini (the exe and ini file have to have the same name)
