My friend is in big trouble, need help fast

Hello, my friend is in big trouble. He has cheats for lifetime payed with paypal, and his computer was with virus, and hacker hacked his paypal password and did few disputes. He contacted with paypal and they restored his account + he closed all disputes. But now his x22 account is banned. He really needs help please write here asap you can.

He was baught cheats for me too and I really want to help him. He didnt downloaded any, maybe his little brother, but He canceled all disputes for chargeback money, He knows for what he is paying.

He cleaned it all now. Some of hackers wanted to steal money from his paypal, there was nothing just payment history, and he opened disputes for bigest price payments. He isnt millionaire, so his bigest transictions was ~60 70euros. He really sorry for that happens and that will not repeat. He is really sorry...

He can write here when he makes a new account though...
In case he got IP banned (which I very much doubt) he can use a proxy, vpn or just switch ip's


Truth be told all I saw was a lot of bullshit and he won't be unbanned since you got jack shit proof.
YOU/HE is responsible for his own account (x22's, paypal, emails etc) thus the blame is on him.

Make new account, rebuy and profit, your QQ won't help as It never helps in VAC forums " my friend didn't cheat but got banned, how come QQQQQQ"
