2 Question to CS:GO

two months ago, I have my x22 times for CS: GO bought. Loved by month. Now I've gotten Windows 8.1 64 bit, it works well with it? And a general question. For the hack I use a second Steam account. In the case of Ban exclusively this is then affected or searches VAC or Steam all accounts on the hard drive to disable this?

It works fine in W8. It won't affect accounts that you don't use it on.
