Disable UAC question

It's still needed to disable the uac? i mean, it shows that message of "Dissable the UAC" or just running game and xClient as administrator it wont show?

Actually you haven't any active subscriptions.

I dont have any active subscription i know, but i got a subscription here and i wasn't able to use it because of the UAC!!
Just want to know if its still needed to disable

UAC/DEP are only needed to be disabled if you have problems.

So if i open both (Game and Hack) as administrator i dont need to disable the UAC?
