You select your cheat, and how long your subscription will last.
You select your payment method, then you pay, I'd recommend paypal, Click n Buy needs more patient, Message Click n Buy support and ask if the payment is in progress...
The x22Cheats database system is automated wich means if you buy a cheat you'd get a message you're able to use the xClient within 30 mins, this means if you're really just some kid who says you paid but really just want to make administrators & moderators look stupid so you could have a refund + the cheat, a refund you never really paid for.
