Battlefield 4 Help?

Alright, as you may can see I just joined this Forum and think about buying the 1 Month Subscription for the Instahook Battlefield 4 Hack, but I still have any Questions which would be the following:

How is the detectionrate/Banrate? Is it Risky when I just wanna play legit?

Will the hack be Updated often/Will it be updated when the Punkbuster gets updated as well? If yes, is there any Notification that tells you not to use the Hack while the Hack is detected? (IF it gets detected)?

BF4 cheat has yet to be detected. Without a doubt we keep all our cheats up to date regarding anti-cheats. We do put warnings in xClient which you can see while loading the cheat, but it is best if you read the forum as it is very active.

And when I get banned, is there any way to recover my Account? I guess not right?
