Do paypal and clickandbuy accounts need to be confirmed?

Hello, i've been trying to purchase the Call Of Duty: Ghosts hack, but paypal tells me that i should confirm my account then try again.
Clickandbuy tells me ''The selected offer of the merchant is not yet available.''.

Does this mean i have to confirm my account before i am able to make a purchase? cause ive been having some trouble doing that..:(

oh um, while im here, When im in-game in Ghosts, it blasts my disk usage to 100% and eventually overheats my computer making it shut off.. anyone know a fix?

you can buy your cheat with paysafecard:) I´m sure that shop is close to you where you can buy a paysafecard:)

Try PayPal then. As for your game issue, you're better off asking on the activision forums.

After calling paypal support... They confirmed my account for me. :D But... I'm banned on activision forums =(

Also just wondering this one thing, How do i activate the silent aim function? I can only seem to make it work when rage hacking.. I wish to have it on without rage hacking.. help please?

Just open the menu and enable it.

i tried that, But it doesnt work at all until i activate everything else like the aimbot, auto wall and stuff like that.

That function is a function to prevent other guys (and you) seeing the aimbot movement. It doesn't make any sense that you could use it without the aimbot.
