Why i cant pay with PayPal!?

I payed twice with Paypal in x22 before, but today im trying to pay to get the new price (offer) and i cant!

The message that i get is this one:

A problem occured, the transaction could not be completed!
This may have happened due to a temporary connection problem.

Severity: Error
Error code: 10486
Reason: This transaction couldn't be completed.
Additional: This transaction couldn't be completed. Please redirect your customer to PayPal.


Some one know why i cant pay!? Is x22 or paypal error? :(

Try to delete your DNS cache, your temp data and your browser cache. Restart your modem/router and retry. If it still doesn't work, contact PayPal.
