Need help!

I payed for a CSGO cheat 15 euros in paysafe,the one month version.My paysafe said i payed,yet I havent received any mail or private message and cant acces VIP section.Its been 4-5 hours now. Did anything go wrong? I tried to speak with some1 on live support IRC but no1 answered. Thanks in advance!

Could you please be more specific? What does PSC stand for, im a new guy in town :) [edit; I assume PSC is paysafecard] YES money is back on psc.Now what should i do
