I am about to buy the cod4 hack, but I want to know if there are any good legit aimbot settings here so i can make montages etc. and that it looks like there is no aimbot used when i open demo?

Hi DaaBoSS,
Of course there are. You can configure the cheat to be a simple AimAssist or go full Ragemode, it's up to you how you want it. We do have threads for sharing and helping with settings as well, so I'm sure you'll find what you need. :)
