No email from the password reset function

Hello,

I forgot my password and want to reset it on my first account. The system tells me that I get an email with more instructions but I don't get one. Is there an error in the system ? The email address is correct and I got emails from the forum in the past. I don't want to use a new account because I have already cheats on the other one.

I hope anyone can help me.

I can't believe that this is the problem. I get emails when I send it from another email address and from other shops too. Just tested. But okay, can you replace my old address with a new from another mail provider ?

I tried to register an account with another email provider and I don't get an email for the registration. Then I tried to reset my password...it doesn't work ! Your mail relay is down guys !!!!!

Our system is working fine. The issue is on your email providers end.
