Secure from VAC2 Bans on not VAC Secured Servers?

I have a question am I able to cheat on none VAC secured servers and is it possible for VAC to ban me during this time? In my logic they wont VAC Ban me if I am playing on none VAC secured servers :) am I right?

hi guys just wanted to add something my friend was hackign with a detected hack on a NON Vac server but because he was demoed and the demo was sent to steam along with his Steam ID he got banned so i wouldnt recommend doing it excessivly

If you are really worried, even though our cheats are undetected by VAC, you of course can play on non VAC servers with no issues. Yes you are right, cheating on non VAC servers will not give you a VAC ban.

P.S Adz0rd that can't be possible, steam doesn't accept demos.
