I've heard valve haves a new way to track downb people who actually connected to the ISP from the servers where they bought the hack.
Is buying the hack still anti-cheat worthy? Thx.

Old news. They stopped doing that crap with DNS, and we also implemented something against it in case they bring it back up. The only issue to worry about in CSGO is playing with legit settings.
