Payment Problem! :c Help!

First of all, sorry if this is in the wrong place, i was unable to locate the right place or get assistance on live support.

about 4 hours ago i purchased 1month COD4 Subscription using 2 Paysafe cards for a total of 15 Euro. After it said payment sucessful we will automatically Re Direct you bacj to your previous site (or something like that) I went to an Error Screen and had to close tab and Re Load the x22 website. Upon doing that just incase it didnt work i Went to Repurchase using the 2 paysafe cards and they had no remaining money on them. So i decided to wait a few hours because maybe the Subscription is delayed?

If i could get some assistance i'd appreciate it!

of the paysafecard on the website, where the payment gone.

I had this problem with steam for some weeks ago, they took my money but I didnt get 10€ on steam wallet.

I don't trust paysafecard more now :(
