i just want to ask why there is no more radar for cod4 only aimbot? :(

The xInstantHook contains the xRadar. You can turn aimbot etc. off in the menu.

yes but i dont wanted aimbot i just want radar xRadar v4.0 I would not want to pay over for aimbot when i click cheats for cod4 i see this

That's just a description which has no relation to what is being sold. xRadar is a discontinued product. xInstantHook is the only thing we offer and you can use all the features you want.
