I have a question. I was banned once, now I would like to buy another copy of the game on steam, will they detect me because I am returned while banned?

New account+ New game = You will be able to play again. Don't worry about HW ID. They just ban your Key. Not your HW ID. So Buy a new game and fix a new steam account and you are good to go!
