Что надо сделать, чтобы скачать 1 чит для ксс? что надо сделать чтобы скачать пак читов на все игры? На сколько мне дадутся эти читы?

You sold Pak cheats on all games, tell me how much will it cost for life? If I reinstall Windows I will lose these cheats?

Lifetime subscription for all cheats costs 200EUR (you can check pricing here (http://www.x22cheats.com/?page=pricing)).
You won't lose your subscription after reinstalling windows, but there is a possibility that you will need to buy HWID reset (7 EUR) after changing your OS.

These cheats are not paletsa Steam or other programs which can block the account?
