havent recieved any access

Hey,

I just bought the CS:GO xIH. Paid and everything went fine (paysafecard payment).
I should have recieved the VIP Section instantly and the xClient later.. but i havent recieved anything. (Also no PM for successful payment)

what should I do?

Everything looks fine in our system. I take it you needed to wait for it to sync.
