No, that's only a xIH feature ;)

If you mean the wallhack... then that is just xInstantHook that has this feature
xRadar does the esp box and crosshair tho aswell

well as it does not include a wallhack you can't see the head, but common sense tells you that... head is at the top of the body so that's where the head is in the box, (at the top)

the [CSS] xRadar is the top of the line when it comes to visual only cheats.

You won't have any problems.
