Titles etc unlock......but how ^^

hey there i want to ask how can i unlock all titles and etc ^^ without rank hack i only want to have the emblems and titles i would be grateful for good answers thx m8´s :-P

The xInstantHook got a complete working lvl 70 and prestige lvl 10 hack.
If you're not interested in buying a hack, use google and take a look for some public tools - on your own risk of course.

Because you you have to use a hack or a tool to change the ranks. There is no other possibility and a public tool may get you vac banned.
