Hello, i bought xInstantHook for css in 1 month. But my money got "refunded". Its rly confusing me cus i did exactly as in the tutorial, and i havent got any money back, and im not able to pay again.

This will be the reason? your paypal is blocked so you can't make any transactions

sounds like there is a few details or information that are either in-correct or they are not entered, causing a block on your paypal account when you tried to send funds

then as killerra and egns said, contact paypal (personally I would phone them) and get them to sort out your account!
make sure you have your account details at hand as they will more than likely ask :)

If you did get money refunded, it takes about 3 business days to have it appear in either your paypal balance or bank account.

dude you really need a valuim or smoke and chill for a min and get all the facts straight. Or, the other alternitive, a rope and a strong branch is all i can tell ya. If i were you id wait the 3 business days then go from there.

As x22 refunded the money back to the account, as people have already stated the only thing you can do is get in contact with paypal to get them to give you access back to your account, and by the sounds of it, your money should be there.

Unless there's a reason you don't want to get in contact with paypal?
