yeah, I can confirm than Win 7 64bit. works without problem... if you purchase a subscription then follow instruction which u get + read sticky threads about save configs for Competitive CSGO match

When you been Customer then I haven't problem share other information, but without cheat is config pointless

He is saying you need a cheat config to play in matchmaking so you have no problems with untrusted bans. You can obtain configs once you are a customer.
