WTB x22 csgo hack

Helllo,
I would like to buy the x22 csgo hack but i have a feel questions:

1- i saw that it was last edited in september 2013, is it still working??
2- i'll only use the wallhack function. Can i get VAC detected ??
3- if the wallhack is in maintenance for about 5 days, will i get 5 days refund ?
