Need Support, but i dont know who should contact

Hey, i know wrong forum, but i cant post to any other, i have two accounts with active subscription, but i forgott my password. Tryed to rest it via mail, but dont get any mail since two days. Also i cant login into live support becouse i cant login into my accs. Can anyone tell me who should i contact? Is there an email or something else i can use?
