if I can buy the Cheat now, however, activate him only in e.g. 2 weeks, because I buy to myself a new computer and I am not able on my new PC then any more cheaten.
And how long does Sale Aktion still go?

Once you buy the cheat, the subscription will count the days. There is no pause/vacation feature which is what you seem to want. Once you run the cheat it will be bound to that PC, so if you want to move it onto a different PC you will have to pay for a HWID reset fee.
