Ok so this is the best way I have found to record in mw2 (for the moment),

YouTube- COD:MW2 - [TUTORIAL] How to record a match on COD:MW2 (PC)

using a little program from wegame.com
register, login, download and use! it's just as easy and simple as fraps (but without the lag and poor quality(I found))

if anyone has any other way please post :)

you can unlock your console and use the internal recorder.
dont know if this got patched allready but it worked a couple of weeks ago.
