Whenever I'm done with the payment I just get an error on the part ... really this is due to PaySafeCard?

The problem is that I have 2psc where the amount of the cheat is on it, but at the end of the checkout I get a froze and my money is for an hour away .... I would gladly pay to chat with the two PSC. Hope to find a solution .... :(
