1) I want to know if actually the Day Z hack xInstantHook v2.0 is detected?

2) With this hack, is it possible to spawn some weapons like M4A1, AKM, Mosin, spawn some food and all items?

Yes it is currently detected and listed as in maintenance. No you can't spawn weapons.

The cheat is outdated and there is no ETA for an update.

We don't give out ETA's, but you should not cheat in this game at the moment due to how active Battleye is.

So, i've to wait? Because I saw a lot of cheaters and they aren't banned.

Yes you can still see cheaters, for like a day or two then they are banned. It's not worth it.
