password reset email

Hey Guys,

I lost my Password for my main account where i bought the Cod-package. Now 1 or 2 years after payment(with PSC) i cant get acces to this account. Now i want to do a password reset but nope i dont get a email. I wait and wait but there was now email. I googgeld about this problem and the reason was that my email-provider ist GMX, a german provider, and they dont deliver your emails. I also pm Deadfreak but i cant really help me because i lost my PSC with the codes. but I dont understand why I need this because if someone can send me a Password-reset-email on my main account email-adress there is no problem right?

I hope you understand me because my english writing is bad as fu*k ^^

Contact gmx and tell them to fix it or route/direct the mail to you. We won't change a thing on your account without the transaction ID (for the account security).

I dont want that you change anything. i just ask for a password reset link send to the email from this account. but it is nice if you guys can send this reset-email extra and not with the automatic password reset system. If you do this there is no secruity-breach because no one knows the exact email exeptet me!

you know what i mean?

because the suport costs 4€ ...

The reset system is automated. We don't have access to passwords and they are encrypted. It's not possible for one of us to send you an email.
