1. at the moment its not defined. For some its undetected for others detected.
2.Yes.
3.It's a bit high but its because some people hack to much and get ow ban.

1) we noticed some reports, but also play here people which haven't any problem.. anyway cheat will update tomorrow
2) Yes, xInstantHook have new build v3.0 which have all features which are listed in Shop.. but before you want play Competitive Match you need read some Important Sticky threads; you able see it when you Customer
3) this is individual.. if you play with legit settings and play smart (play like alltime somebody watch your screen) avoid be reported by other players you can be safe long time without single ban, but if you blatant cheating then you can be catched by Overwatch or server-side AC
