Today i played mw2 and joined a Play-Lounch. The game started , but i cant play :S , because there is an error.

mp_patch.ff or something...someone can help :S ?

patch_mp.ff is different from server <-- error.
I updated my game 2 times...

Does that happen everytime you want to play, or only that one time?

It starts today and now the error comes every time....

...You just need too get the file from another person, for whom it's working, if possible in the same language as yours.

Then it will work again....

Mhm i think u changed language im right?!

So change back to the old ;P i had the same error

Just go to Steam\steamapps\common\call of duty modern warfare 2\zone\english and delete the file "patch_mp.ff" and go to steam and right mouse click on mw2 mp go to properties --> local files --> Verify integrity of game cache... and when it's done it's going to say 1 file failed blabla and it's going to download the right file and then it's fixed :) worked for me :)
