Can I get banned when using ESP

Hi, i think to buy the cheat and I want to know if I can get banned if i play as legit only with ESP in MM, don't look though the walls etc.
How much time we have to wait for use cheat after cs:go is updated

its not 100% that u are safe when u cheat , u can play legit with ESP and overwatch VAC will not detect instantly this way


When comes a update (VAC or CS:GO) u see on client "In Maintence" means u can use it but its broken and maybe detected.
